Building the Future of Mental Health.

Together.

We are super excited to announce that we have received government support and funding to design national guidelines and impact measures for organisational wellbeing strategy.

We would like to invite YOU to be part of this project!

Why are we doing this?

We are thrilled to announce that our organisation has been awarded government support and funding to design national guidelines and impact measures for organisational wellbeing strategy. We are on a mission to build a replicable and measurable blueprint that connects the needs of employers, employees, and independent providers to drive consistency and high standards in organisational wellbeing. We want to make a real impact on employee health and business performance, and we believe that you can help us achieve this goal.

Organisational Wellbeing is an emerging field with no clear standards, established measures, or industry benchmarks. That’s why we are calling on all wellbeing experts, business leaders, and mental health advocates to join our project and make a difference. By signing up, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a new standard and operational model that enables health experts to drive organisational wellbeing strategy with clear impact measures.

We understand that most health and wellbeing experts lack skills in business strategy and operational processes, as well as the impact measures needed to demonstrate the ROI of their interventions. This leads to ineffective wellbeing strategies. As a result, most organisational wellbeing initiatives remain at the superficial, ‘tick-box’ exercise level, without making any long-term impact on employee health or business performance. Our goal is to change this by designing a new standard and operational model that will empower health experts to create effective, evidence-based wellbeing strategies that benefit everyone.

We will be using human-centric design methods with a series of workshops, panel debates, and co-design initiatives to ensure that the new guidelines and standards will be beneficial to all parties. Together, we can establish a clear, replicable, and measurable organisational wellbeing strategy blueprint that informs national policy for workplace mental health. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the future of mental health. Join us today and be part of something truly groundbreaking!

We want to make sure that the new guidelines and standards will be beneficial to all parties. Therefore, we will be using human-centric design methods with a series of workshops, panel debates, and co-design initiatives.

To design this, we would like to collaborate with:

How our research process and your participation looks like:

This is a 6-month project, starting on 1st of February, where we will be using human-centric design methods and ecosystemic mapping to build a new framework for mental health strategy, that connect the needs of individuals, their employers, and expert providers.

Phase one:

At the start of the project we aim to hear from variety of individuals who are affected by mental health struggles or are working to solve them. We aim to identify unmet needs and to better understand unique challenges different people face in personal lives and organisations. At this stage we invite you to share your story in a form of interviews and surveys.

Phase two:

Once we have established the needs of different stakeholders in the ecosystem, we will be designing guidelines and implementation framework for ensuring that those needs are being met by organisations through their wellbeing strategy. At this stage will will ask you to contribute your expertise, feedback and creative ideas in a form of events, focus groups and ideation workshops

Phase three:

Finally, we will pilot our new ecosystemic framework with select organisations to gain live feedback and continue making ongoing improvements. At this stage we wil ask you to participate in our pilot or help us to deliver and test the solution in real-life settings.

Any queries regarding this project can be sent to research@elitemind.co.uk, and a  member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
