We would like to invite YOU to be part of this project!

As part of a project bridging the gap between organisational performance and individual wellbeing, your organisation might qualify for a research partnership to assess employee needs and inform strategy.

We’re pleased to share with you that we have received government support and Innovate UK funding to design national guidelines, implementation frameworks and impact measures for organisational wellbeing and mental health strategy.

We’re looking to partner with organisations who are establishing or improving their wellbeing provision. This will help identify your organisational challenges while building company culture, improving ways of working, and choosing employee support options.

What you’ll get?

What we ask from you:

How our research process and your participation looks like:

This is a 6-month project, starting on 1st of February, where we will be using human-centric design methods and ecosystemic mapping to build a new framework for mental health strategy, that connect the needs of individuals, their employers, and expert providers.

Phase one:

At the start of the project we aim to hear from variety of individuals who are affected by mental health struggles or are working to solve them. We aim to identify unmet needs and to better understand unique challenges different people face in personal lives and organisations. At this stage we invite you to share your story in a form of interviews and surveys.

Phase two:

Once we have established the needs of different stakeholders in the ecosystem, we will be designing guidelines and implementation framework for ensuring that those needs are being met by organisations through their wellbeing strategy. At this stage will will ask you to contribute your expertise, feedback and creative ideas in a form of events, focus groups and ideation workshops

Phase three:

Finally, we will pilot our new ecosystemic framework with select organisations to gain live feedback and continue making ongoing improvements. At this stage we wil ask you to participate in our pilot or help us to deliver and test the solution in real-life settings.
