Does your work environment support your wellbeing?

We would like to invite YOU to be part of this project!

By sharing your experience in a confidential research interview, you can shape the future of mental health and wellbeing support. AND you’ll gain valuable insights into your own wellbeing.

It’s no news that we’re in the midst of a mental health crisis. While we call for more NHS funding and lower costs of living, over 1.2 million people in the UK are waiting for basic mental health care. There must be an alternative – and we’re here to create it.

What if our work environments could act as a preventative intervention? We spend ⅓ of our lives at work. Imagine the impact we could make if workplaces supported our wellbeing!

We’re designing a national standard for organisational wellbeing, and giving companies the tools to implement it. To make sure the new standard meets everyone’s needs, we’re conducting some research, and we’d like you to be part of it.

Interviews are 1hr and completely confidential. We are particularly keen to hear from seldom heard groups.

What you’ll get?

What we ask from you:

Our research process:

Listening

At the start of the project we aim to hear from a diverse group of individuals about wellbeing and work. We aim to identify unmet needs and better understand the unique challenges people face in their work and personal lives. At this stage we invite you to share your story in the form of interviews and surveys.

Designing

Once we have identified the needs of different stakeholders, we will design guidelines and implementation frameworks for ensuring that those needs are met by organisations through their wellbeing strategy. At this stage we may ask you to contribute your ideas and feedback in the form of events, focus groups and ideation workshops.

Testing

Finally, we will pilot our new ecosystemic framework with select organisations to gain live feedback and continue making ongoing improvements. At this stage we may ask you to participate in a pilot or help us deliver and test the solution in real-life settings.
