Are you ready to make a difference in wellbeing and mental health?

Become a certified, accredited Mental Health Coach!

Welcome to the world’s first certified, accredited training to equip coaches
with neuroscience-based tools to work safely with mental health!

This is a unique training program that bridges the gap between coaching and therapy, to ensure that professionals in people-supporting roles are able to spot warning signs early, help throughout the recovery process, and safeguard vulnerable individuals.

Should coaches work with mental health?
Or shall it stay in the hands of qualified, licenced, medical professionals?
This is a contraversial topic that creates heated debates…

Coaching is an unregulated industry, anyone can call themselves a coach nowadays with many individuals selling blueprints for success without formal qualifications or ethical standards. Our passionate answer is YES! Over the last decade, while working with the most vulnerable individuals to whom traditional medical support is inaccessible, undesirable or ineffective, we have found a way to support them using applied neuroscience. Now, we can show you how to do it too!

Why should coaches be trained in mental health?

1. Safeguarding
from harm

Coaches are already working with mental health issues, sometimes without even knowing it. The lack of training and awareness about it may cause more harm if continued.

2. Alternative Support options

Traditional medical route of talking therapies and medication is either ineffective or insufficient for majority of the population. Yet, the only alternative is expensive private therapy or overload of wellbeing and mindfulness apps.

3. Empowerment

Traditional therapists often make a person dependent on external support or medication without giving them knowledge and tools for addressing underlying causes of our suffering and enabling the person to help themselves.

Why have we built this course?

Therapy is not accessible or desireable to many. To those who have access to it, the effectiveness of CBT (the most popular therapy) is only 50.4%, with 41% having no change, and some even getting worse. Out of that, 68% relapse within 18 months.

We shouldn’t be working with the diagnostic labels, but with the human beings.

We need a new approach, and a new system that can meet people where they are, and help them to achieve their full potential, regardless of any emotional or psychological issues.

We believe coaches can fill that gap.

Our public health system fails to provide for the needs of those who need support the most yet there are no good alternatives.

We believe that everyone should know how to support mental health of their loved ones, clients and employees. In this modern world, where people are encouraged to talk and share their lived experiences, we teach people how to LISTEN first.

We believe every person should be given knowledge about their own brain and body, and practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness and ability to achieve goals that matters to them.

We can do this by equipping all people-facing professionals with the right safeguarding processes, mental health awareness and applied neuroscience to make a difference.
